I took my Labrador X Border Collie to see Lil for the first time today. I’ve used different places before and haven’t ever been bowled over. Usually I groom my dog myself but she’s quite elderly now so upon recommendation I went to Lil’s Groom Room.
I was very impressed indeed! It’s a sweet little set up she has. She made a point of saying hello to my dog as soon as she met her. She was fine with her wandering around and having a sniff until she was comfortable. I paid £18 for a wash, super thorough blow dry, brush, ear cleaning, face wipe and claw trim. Absolute bargain! My dog smells lovely and feels so soft. Lil was really affectionate with her throughout.
I am really pleased and I have already booked my girl in again.

My GSD always comes out from Lil's Groom Room with his coat looking amazing! He moults terribly and Leonie always sorts him out a treat!! Highly recommended!

Leonie groomed Ralph, our cavapoo, whilst he was staying at the kennels and he looks amazing. With his previous groomer he was anxious and didn't enjoy the experience but with Leonie he was much happier. Will definitely take him back to her next time. Many thanks Leonie for looking after him and making him look so smart!

I took our 8 month old puppy to Lil's groom room and I couldn’t be happier, for a dog that gets anxious when I leave he was amazing and sooo happy when I went to pick him up, I’m happy to say I have found our groomer now 👌🏻 thank you so much x

First visit today. Rosie was very relaxed and calm when I went to collect her. She looked lovely. The most important thing for me is as a puppy, she is happy to be there and she was, she liked Leonie and obviously trusted her. We will be using Lil's from now on. I would most certainly recommend it to anyone.
